The Phenomena is an ancient prophecy book. It's a living being, kind of like a plant. It was authored by King Veha but written down by ancient wizards who has each carried it and given it to the next generation when dying. As it's alive some of it's contents may change to reflect recent events. Sha-ra is the last in line to carry it.

To open it you have to place your hand over its eye, if it accepts you, the eye will close and the lock will open.
